Javitch Law files anti-SLAPP motion against Aster on behalf of Steven Giannetta

Aster Graphics is trying to cover up a recent study finding that its printer cartridges were found to have elevated levels of a chemical known as “DecaBDE” that is used in polymers. They sued two amateur reporters from TonerNews.com for merely posting articles about the studies. In response, I filed this motion on behalf of Steven Giannetta invoking California's special free speech protections (anti-SLAPP) and requesting penalties be imposed against Aster. Please see a copy of the special anti-SLAPP motion here: https://www.scribd.com/document/412848127/Anti-SLAPP-Motion-filed-against-Aster-Graphics-for-violating-the-free-speech-rights-of-Steven-Giannetta
